Telekinesis

While Dee is 'superstrong,' it's actually caused through a form of reverse telekinesis. He cannot use his telekinetic abilities on external people or objects, but can instead use it on himself to enhance his own physical abilities. So while he is already naturally strong and fast from his upbringing, his telekinetic abilities bump it up to 'super' status, though it's easier and more likely for him to use it on his strength. While it doesn't require much concentration for this ability to work and it is one that he uses frequently, there have been incidents where he's lost focus mid-using his abilities.

Cognitive Empathy ( passive )

There are many forms of empathy, but Dee's is specific and uncontrollable by him. He has the gift of understanding the emotional states of other people. For example, if a person's emotions are characterized by bodily feelings, then Dee can immedialty understand the nature of the emtions. On the other hand, if the emotions are more centrally characted by a combination of beliefs and desires, then Dee has the ability to grasp these beliefs and desires. Not so much speaking as through emotions, he can sometimes use this ability to calm startled or enraged creatures, most common with his hellions.}

Hellhounds

Taught to him by the Dark Arts teacher, Alyvir. Dee can summon up one to a pack of five hell hounds which are actually his pets which reside in the forest around his off-campus home. Because this is a learned ability and not a natural one, it's one that requires time and his full attention to do and not something he can whip up mid-battle. He calls them the 'Hellions' and will use them to hunt down students who decide to skip his class or as threats to those who disobey him.

Weaknesses:

Dee has absolutely no defense against magic. He's open and vulnerable to it in all forms, mental, physical, etc. His skills also don't help him at all in ranged combat. From a distance, there isn't much Dee can do in forms of attack, it's only in close-combat that he can do any real damage. Weaponry isn't in Dee's repertoire either, while he can swing an axe, sword, or hammer around, he otherwise doesn't know what to do with such objects and he has been known to chuck them at his opponent as a distraction and tackle them. He'd much prefer to use his hands.

Personality:

Denathyr isn't a bit of a free spirit, he is a free spirit. He's rambunctious and carefree and walks with a confidence that permeates from his very bones.

History:

Dee wasn't born he was found, or at least that's what he tells people. His mother decided her newborn baby was an inconvenience and left him to die in the middle of a forest. Luckily, another couple found the screaming baby and chased away the attracted wolves. They took him in and were faced with a conflict, unable to figure out why the child screamed and burned whenever they tried to touch him. The couple took the child to a demon specialist and doctor that same night and learned everything they could about the monochromatic and his species.

Raised him > Cared for wild animals and demons in the forest > Trained with Father, bulked up training in the mountains > Went searching for his mother > Found her, she was a bitch > Killed her > Wandered like a lost with nothing else to do > Joined fight clubs > Found by Alyvir and traveled with him > Got invited to teach at MCA

Additional Notes:

He has an 18-foot snow albino boa constrictor named Snowbell, she has a black bow on her neck with a little bell. He loves her to death and will kick the ass of anybody who judges. [link] Just click it. :I

Snowbell does have a tendency to escape from his room and will eat pretty much anything that she can swallow.

Loves food and will swallow down pretty much anything. Accused of having a 'bottomless pit' for a stomach.

He's King's uncle, even though he chooses not to really acknowledge it.

Extremely competitive and once he gets in the zone he'll do practically anything to win. Also an extremely sore loser.

The hellhound that is typically with him is named 'Drea,' she's the pack's leader and the largest of them all, being about half of Dee's own height. She's the most vicious of all the hounds and refuses to let anyone--except Dee--touch her even at his command.
